Studio Policy
Applies to all students and parents/guardians
1 General Rules
- All students must complete a registration form before attending any class.
- All students must make a booking to attend any drop-in class.
- Students must arrive on time to ensure a complete warm-up.
- Parents/guardians are welcome to observe from designated areas but must not interrupt classes.
- Mobile phones must be on silent during classes.
- Water in sealed containers only inside the studio.
2 Attendance
- Regular attendance is essential for progress and participation in competitions or performances.
- Notify the studio of any absence via phone or Instagram DM.
- Make-up classes may be available — not guaranteed.
3 Dress Code
- Clothing must be appropriate for participation in classes.
- Jewellery is not permitted.
4 Behaviour
- Respect towards instructors, fellow students and staff is required at all times.
- Bullying, harassment or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.
- Students must maintain a positive atmosphere and support their peers.
- Damage to studio property must be reported immediately — repair costs may be charged.
5 Fees
- Tuition fees must be paid according to your agreement with reception.
- A late payment fee will be applied to overdue payments.
- No refunds for missed classes or withdrawal from the studio.
- Costume fees for competitions must be paid by the specified deadline.
6 Safety
- Report any injuries or health issues to your instructor immediately.
- All students and staff must follow health and safety protocols.
- In case of emergency, parents/guardians will be notified immediately.
- Zero-tolerance policy for drugs, alcohol and smoking on the premises.
7 Competitions and Performances
- Participation is optional but encouraged.
- Details on rehearsals and costumes will be provided in advance.
- Attendance at all required rehearsals is mandatory to perform.
8 Communication
- Updates at @getap.studio (Instagram) and GET AP Studio (Facebook).
- Important announcements shared via social media and by reception in class.
9 Liability
- The studio is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
- The studio cannot be held liable for injuries sustained during classes.
